encourage or promote the development of (something, typically something regarded as good).
Encourage and promote development… What a great way to spend your time!!! We are in deep need of foster families for not tiny young puppies but the next step where they are ready to learn how to interact with people other animals in the world in the best way possible to prepare them for their forever home … We have the perfect example of this right now Miss Lydia! Lydia Raven Noel was born September 15th 2020 … Very much your typical Australian Shepherd busy fun active bright do you mention busy and active? Lydia was born blind. It doesn’t change her breed tendencies doesn’t change her activity level that’s for sure but it does change what constitutes an effective training environment. And a pack of 10 other dogs and 8 cats is not conducive to fostering Lydia to bring out the best in her for placement! With all the distractions she is not able to focus as well as we would like to receive instruction or correction. Lydia is strong and healthy and beautiful and fun and intelligent and just waiting to bond with her person and family but while she waits to be adopted and she is adoptable right now we would love to find a quieter setting and someone who’s willing to just train her how to be part of a smaller family. Lydia is very exuberant she’s wonderful with other animals and loves to play sometimes her excitement level is a little much for an older dog or a dog-shy cat but she’s not aggressive with animals of any type or age. Lydia is fantastic with people of all ages she is just over the moon with any kind of human attention!
Isaiah 40:11 … He gathers the lambs in his arms. He carries them in his arms close to his heart. He gently helps the sheep and their lambs….
