Hello beautiful girl! Everyone, meet Lydia! This beautiful 16 week old purebred Australian Shepherd puppy is amazing. Smart, sweet, gorgeous, healthy, well behaved (already crate and potty trained), great with dogs and cats…and blind. She was adopted by a wonderful family who has loved her and trained her and provided all she could ever need but had to find place for her because of multiple family illnesses. It is not difficult to communicate with Lydia at all … her family has laid a beautiful foundation of training and smart use of a retractable lead to communicate with her and harness to lead her up and down stairs etc. She is a lovely puppy in search of a loving forever home. She is adjusting beautifully to Haven – no small accomplishment with all the animals that live here as an integrated pack!! We are delighted to have her with us. Please keep the family that had the courage to surrender her in prayer as they battle cancer in particular. And keep Lydia in prayer as we wait for God to reveal her forever family… Maybe it’s yours?!
