This little 3 y/o Yorkie/poodle was a recent owner surrender as he has been battling serious medical issues for over a year and they could not financially handle his needs with their family situation, 5 children and other animals etc (they’d already done extensive testing and had been unable to find the source of this problems; they love him and want the best for him).. they asked Haven to take him.
He was definitely a medical mystery for the last week😳!! We are believing our vets have identified the issue and he will be having a major surgery – scheduled for today pending his morning exam.
Leo is VERY small – under 8 lb – he has been receiving supportive care in preparation for the surgery since Friday at the vet. We are 🙏🙏 all will go well and after he’s healed he will be a normal, healthy, active little pupper!
He is one of four (yep FOUR🤣🙄🙌❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾) dogs having surgeries this week so please also pray for Haven’s financial support and condition.
